Bought a Zoostorm PC at a low price. However the monitor arrived damaged (it was poorly packaged). Their customer service is one of the worst I have ever come across and is email only. They kept stalling me by asking the same questions over and over again and then refused to replace the monitor until I threatened legal action. I won't be using them again. |

I bought several components from this company. Their prices were competitive and delivery was fine. As everything worked properly and has not gone wrong I have not had a chance to test their after sales service. I'm sure I will use them again.:) |

I bought several components from this company including motherboard, CPU, graphics card and memory. The motherboard and the graphics card were faulty on arrival. The after sales service of this company is one of the worst I have ever experienced. First they tried to fob me off by saying I would have to return the products to them for "testing" which would take many weeks :mad:and then I would be charged if any of the components were not faulty. After that they did not reply to my messages. It took several months and threat of legal action for them to refund the money. I realize this may not be typical. However I will never use this company again. |

I have bought memory modules and graphics cards from this company. I can say this is the only company that has good after sales service in my recent experience. I had a faulty graphics card from them which they refunded with no problems. All companies should be like this.:) The memory modules have all worked fine.:) |
