[u][b]Cheapness is not a good enough reason to use this appalling company[/b][/u] I bought a heat sink / cooling fan from them which turned out to be faulty, but I found it impossible to make any contact at all with Novatech. They seem to have deliberately put obstacles in the way of all communication. This is the only time I have ever given up on trying to get help, simply written off the loss and bought a replacement part elsewhere. It is also impossible to stop their spam. Novatech will send you junk emails almost every day, so I had to block all messages from them. They send out unsolicited snail-mail catalogues too, which go straight in the recycling bin. |
