I recently ordered a Core Duo system from Scan Computers, and have to praise the quality of the service on offer, as impressive as the system itself (both design and performance levels are mind-blowing). I was kept informed of status at every stage of the ordering and delivery processes and got quick answers to any question raised. What made this experience particularly impressive was that, to avoid delaying my order, Scan replaced a 300 Gb Hard disk with a 400 Gb one at no cost to me! I haven't come across too many retailers with such a customer-orientated policy. I know I'll be back spending some more money with them :-) |
