I bought a VIA ARTIGO PICO-ITX on this store, the delivery and product was OK.
But after several months the motherboard died, then I contacted customer support querying a RMA number for returning the item (it was on warranty), so I received a RMA number via email on a few days, so well done, very quick.
Then I sent the package with the item, but after more than 3 weeks (from sending) I don't know any about if they received it, even I know they had received it because my postal service told me. Too, they don't answer the emails I sent them asking for the status since then.
So, becareful with this store if your product fails.
