Ordered a new case, site claims in-stock items ordered before 2pm are dispatched same day. Waited 5 days, no sign of the item, website still says "Packing", the money went the day of the order. Totally unable to contact them, website has no phone or email address, postal address is a PO Box! On-site ticket system is ignored. Have now claimed monies back via credit card, still no response from CaseTech. |
