bought a dreamcast off phil, parcelforce lost it in transit. could not have asked for more from phil, made a successful comp claim, received my refund, and was kept well informed along the way. noone should hesitate to deal with this guy, he's a credit to the ocuk forums, and i hope to deal with him again in the future. many thanks! |

Bought a Livedrive off this chap over a month ago and he has my money. He claims to have tried to post my livedrive yet it hasn`t arrived. After sending another e-mail saying that he sent it via special delivery and telling me that I should have it by a certain day it has not arrived over a week later. He has responded to NO correspondance after that. All I can assume is that this chap has run off with my money and robbed me. I am willing to concede I am mistaken if he can provide a satisfactory explanation to the delay/non-providance of what I bought/ no-refund. all I can advise is DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS PERSON. I am sorry it has come to this but this seems the only thing I can do now as I have to write off £30 which is especially gutting as I am unemployed. |
