Bought a Daewoo 22" TFT at a terrific price to be delivered on a specific day. Unfortunately, the item was delivered early by Citylink, and after two failed delivery attempts they were about to return it to Scan. Fortunately, Scan were able to sort this out, and arrange a redelivery for the next day (and avoid any extra delivery charges.) Terrific service, bar from Citylink spoiling the plans a little. |

I bought a 2.5" drive and enclosure late last year, but recently the HDD broke and refused to even show a hint of life. Less than a week later, Scan had processed my RMA, I had sent them the defective drive, and they had sent me a replacement. Absolutely fantastic service (and the price of the original drive+enclosure was a steal too!) |
