Purchased a case, some memory, graphics card, processor and a few other bits.
Ordered on the Monday asked for it to be delivered on the Saturday. All components were in stock at the time of ordering.
When it came to delivering the stuff that was another matter....
Saturday came, and rather than a nice parcel I had an email saying that the graphics card i purchased was out of stock. They were polite about it but it they had reserved the thing when i bought it and not waited until friday to pick the thing then i wouldn't be in this position.
I asked for a replacement, paid the extra via card (money taken straight away) and asked for it to be delivered the saturday after.
The next saturday came and went..... no parcel....
They had all week to prepare the thing, yet dispite me paying over £25 for saturday delivery, they couldn't manage it, two weeks on the trot.
Eventually had to take a day off in the week to get it delivered.
Asked for a refund of the carrage. Had to remind them at least half a dozen times to refund me.
After a month i got a cheque in the post for the difference in postage.
No apology....and very apathetic customer service.
Got there eventually, but after much hard work and waiting.
I think i'll be shopping elsewhere in the future. I reccomend Kustom PC's or ebuyer.
