After buying from OcUK, getting faulty components and no help from them - finally having to chargeback I bought from Scan. I had problems with the computer I bought from Scan - but they immediately helped me with no quibble. They even upgraded the GPU to one with better cooling (more expensive version of the same card) just to ensure that the issue I had was fixed. They were helpful and polite at all times and kept me fully informed. I would (and have) highly reccomend Scan to others. |
