It's now the case that when i want to buy a PC component I only check a couple of other e-tailers but I know that Scan, whilst not being the cheapest all the time, will provide the very best service possible. The quality of service I have received in my last three purchases has actually exceeded my expectations. I am usually the first to criticise companies for poor service but I honestly cannot find anything whatsoever to mark Scan's service down.
