Well, i tried to buy what small components that were left for a friends build for their b.day. Apprently yoyo tech didnt accept my card and instead of calling or even simply emailing me they left it for me to realise when it was too late. When i called for an explanation the person wasnt very nice about it at all, not even an appology for something so simple - he just said "if a sale online doesnt go through we just delete it". Great customer service... :mad: |

I bought an Asus Star Ice from this company, installed it and found it to be making a very high pitch sound. I queried scan about this and eventually after about 3 weeks managed to get them to reluctantly allow me to send it back to them. After 2 days of them getting it they told me that there was nothing wrong with the product as far as they could see and wanted me to pay them £21 for them looking at it! By now, i had already spent about £20 on delivery costs - the product was only worth £35! After a few more e-mails \"john\" decided he would take a look himself and found that there was actually a fault with the \"LEDs making noise ontop of the Star Ice.\" They would not give me an exchange, and only refunded the product ex VAT as well - so i lost around £25 altogether and had to reassemble my computer 3 times. I WOULD NOT reccomend this company to ANYONE and will not be buying anything from them again. They have a nice site, just not the customer care to go with it. |
