alex sold me a laptop at a ridiculously good price :) it was well described, and he even threw in a freebie (leather carrycase) top bloke! :D kept in contact throughout the transaction process (most emails answered within the hour too, which is a big bonus). he even contacted me a few days after i received the laptop to help me with a small software problem i was having, so aftersales services too ;) i\'d definately buy from alex again, i think it was actually a better experience than that i\'ve had with most online retail companies :/ |
