Novatech seem to have spent some time upgrading both their website and stock control system. You can order stuff to pick up in person in their stores and it's about time that that West London area (Reading) had a decent place to buy parts on weekends. Very good experience and would definitely use them again, especially on Sundays where I can pop down to their Reading store. |

Had a small problem with the website (payment page timed out) but a quick call to the sale team confirmed my order. Ordered HDD at 1pm, was here by 10am the following day. Excellent price, excellent staff (Thanks to ChrisP :)) and excellent service. Combined with free delivery you really can't go wrong. |

Great shop which is close to where I live so I can pick up in person. They were the only company who could get me a black coolermaster stacker so I\'m very happy with their service. They also have a phone number that you can call which is quickly becoming a rarity these days, they don\'t always answer it but if you keep trying you\'ll usually get through within a couple of calls. Prices can be a bit high but not extortionate, I\'m usually happy to pay 10% more to pick up my order in person anyway so I don\'t mind. I\'d recommend this shop at this point in time. I\'ve not had to return anything to them but they seem like they\'re a decent shop with staff who know what they\'re talking about. |

I live about 10 minutes from these guys so I usually buy my everyday stuff from them just so I have shouting rights in case something goes wrong. To be fair to them, when you need to change something it\'s generally very easy if you can go there in person and wait around for an hour or so. However, I would NEVER order online from them, they rarely have anything in stock that they advertise on their website which means you\'ll be waiting around while they order it in. For example, the last 3 times I\'ve been in they didn\'t have anything I wanted(CPU, Seagate HDD, Case, Motherboard, Graphics Card). Their online customer service is pretty unprofessional as well, I asked them if they could order me a S939 3700+(San Diego) and they told me it didn\'t exist. I emailed them back showing them AMDs site and never heard back from them. Basically if you live near Watford and can go in person, they\'re a reasonable shop for emergencies and non specialised parts(USB hubs, Cables etc), I\'d give them a 3 for \"In Person Purchases\". If you aren\'t going to buy in person, there are better shops around. |
