I can recommend Mike as a great seller. His communication is first class, making transactions quick and simple to complete. He packaged the graphic card very well and although it was an older card it is evident that he takes good care of his components. A pleasure to trade with. :) |

Joe is a first class seller who ensures his sales go well and the buyer is happy. I purchased a Antec p160w from Joe and just like he said it was in mint condition. Attention to detail makes Joe a perfect person to trade with; with great communication keeping me updated all the way through until in receipt of the case. Such thoughtfulness included a nice little note wishing me all the best with my new purchase. I would definately trade with Joe again and look forward to doing so in the future. Another smooth, hassle free transaction. Website makes finding what you want and ordering a breeze. As always the goods arrive on time and very well packed.Hence there is little worry about a product not working due to being thrown around in the back of the delivery van. Once more then I'm very happy with my experience with Scan and will continue to use them as my number 1 retailer. Cheers. |

Bought a PSU, headset, fan and some leads from Scan. I made a mistake with my credit card but customer services at Scan had that sorted out in minutes without any fuss. As always I was informed when the goods had been dispatched and when they'd arrive. They were well packed and in first class condition. I have been using Scan for a while now and IMHO they're simply the easiest and best company to deal with. I can't praise them highly enough. |

I purchased a CPU along with a Graphics card. Scan as always were superb and provided another smooth and easy transaction. Goods were well packed and arrived safety in perfect condition. Sadly my graphics card died after a couple of hours use but a quick message to Scan and I had a RMA number and the card was returned. Customer service was great which is why Scan remains my number 1 retailer. |

Purchased a Power Supply unit and a motherboard. After paying I realised I also needed some Speakers so sent an email asking if it possible to update my order. Within a few minutes and without delaying my order my request had been granted. Great service from start to finish with Michelle being one of the best and friendliest customer service personnel I have had dealings with on the net. Will definately be ordering from Scan again as not only are the prices fantastic but the speed in which queries are answered ensures the experience remains stress free. |

I have recently purchased a couple of items from Scan and can't recommend them highly enough. The items have always been in first class condition and the process from ordeing online through to delivery has always been smooth. I like the way I am always informed of the progress of my order without having to go and search, whilst the reliability of deliverly makes Scan my number 1 retalier to shop with. |
