I bought 2 surge protectors and a pack of 100CD\'s. All well and good i thought as i got the free delivery. I then thought there was something wrong when i didn\'t recieve any tracking emails or a confermation email. I got in touch with scan to change the email address which they did within 2 hours, i still however got no tracking infomation. I recieved the large package this morning and i opened it up. the smaller surge protector was ok along with the CD\'s however the larger surge protector was a little strange. It was white rather than the grey it was supposed to be and it had a satilite tv surge protection rather than the ethernet that i was wanting. I got in touch with scan and they said that it was listed wrong on their website and that they could offer a refund. I declined the offer as it would take me a further week to get hold of the correct one with a much higher price to match. if you send them a mail it takes about 2 hours for them to reply to your request which i think is a little slow. |
