Ebuyer, i have on numerous occasions purchased from because of the great prices. However, i will not purchase again from ebuyer because my last order contained wrong parts, and some parts have been damaged before. Ebuyer spend the minimum on packagaing, its dreadful! i got cold cathodes in a jiffy bag, disgraceful, no box or anything, they were smashed and replaced, put my project 2 days back though. Bought a wd hd and an excelstor cheapo one came, they didnt refund the difference and insisted on an RMA process which would take up to 10 days, they dont understand i needed to build the system not wait 10 days, crap service ebuyer!:oops:

Website is perfect, very easy to navigate and good to use Goods arrive when they say they will arrive Prices are pretty decent, ive seen cheaper but they arrive on time, thats the difference. Excelent communicaton via customer service, completely down to earth and helpful! Will keep on buying from them, probably spent over £600 so far! :)
