I ordered a Microsoft Intellimouse explorer with Black Icemat bundle, on the 11th ofJune. The order was not processed until monday, and the status of my order is still \"Ready to ship\". I sent them an e-mail concerning this, but was told it was delayed due to an \"Administrative error\", and that the item would ship that night. It still has not shipped, and today is the 18th. Theres no hope of it coming until next week, if it has even shipped by then. It seems they forget your order then fabricate a cheap excuse to justify it. Once I finally recieve my item, I doubt I will ever purchase anything from them again.
