Two items on today only that i needed + free postage! Added a couple minor things but forgot to add a cheapy mouse for old pc. Called scan and they added it to my order! They even picked the phone up immideatelly! Delivered next day. Very happy.

Was forced to use them when making a pc at work. Couldn\'t find the things i wanted - confusing layout, incorrect or confusing descriptions. Took ages to arrive. That pc is now my nemesis. Good job I am not the one using it.

While their delivery policy is still rather bad they did upgrade my order by one day. Lots of stock, great range and very good prices though.

Confusing web site(s) - US and UK sites hard to switch between. Conflicting items descriptions. Long delivery on some of the items.
