Bought a Samsung 181T last year, the price was fair decided to try them because they were specialist with Samsung equipment. They were one of the very few company who new what I meant by dead pixels and by paying a further £10 they would check and guarantee the TFT i was about to be purchased would be free from any pixel errors. This really should be free of charge but to people who know how irritating a dead pixel can be if you spend hours on your pc it is money well spent because the TFT of mine cost me nearly £600 at the time. |

I originally ordered from E-Buyer as i alwas have but this time they really p****d me off as I ordered goods which were all showing in stock in begining on December 2003, I waited and waited till late January untill I cancelled the order and decided to try Scan. The delivery charge was not the cheapest but they got there delivery dates correct which is important(I THINK EVERYONE SHOULD AGREE WITH ME HERE). The goods delivered were well packaged and all intact. After installing the Coolermaster Fan Controller I was not sure whether my fan was operating correctly so I e-mailed Scan and with in 2 hours John fron Scan replied trying to tell me how exactly so set the Coolermaster Aerogate 2 fan controller up as he also installed one a few months ago (The instruction was poorly written and was very useless). Anyway after several attempt this became apparant that the Fan Controller was faulty so a RMA number was issued. I posted the defective goods to Scan late thursday afternoon and they replaced and delivered by Monday morning. Now that is what I called a swift sevice!! I believe as a company they really cared about my custom that is why I think they should be highly reccommended. |
