I ordered one of the new Thermaltake V5000 cases and TT 560w power supplies from them. The website was easy to use and the only places I’ve found to stock the new range of Thermaltake cases and other Thermaltake products. Shortly after placing my order I received and email stating that there had been a problem with my credit card and to contact them regarding my order. My past experience of trying to call online companies has never been good, but to my surprise before I could call them, they called me. Within a few minutes the problem was sorted and my order processed; now that’s what I call good customer service. The next day my order arrived and I couldn’t have been more please with the purchase. Excellent website, products and customer service, need I say more…:D
