Bought 2 JNC cases at a great price for friends.They arrived in pieces ... not surprisingly with only a thin piece of polystyrene packaging on the front and back panel.Phoned their customer service department,kept on hold for 20 mins and eventually got through to a helpful lady.She arranged to have them picked up.Because I was in a hurry to get the cases I ordered another 2 .. this time using priority postage(next day).Three days later I\'m still waiting so once again onto the phone (on hold for 23 mins this time).I managed in the end to get my priority postage refunded.So I still have to take delivery of the cases yet ... I wonder if they will arrive in one piece? So I guess overall .. great prices and items but let down by a slow customer service and the couriers they use.:worried:
