Bought an AMD CPU, fitted it to mob and it smoked. The HSF was fitted correctly and all was connected correctly. Took about half a day to even get through to their customer services department, then after sending CPU back I had to wait around three weeks for a replacement. It was only after threatening to get a refund through my credit card for about £800's worth of kit on the same order as the CPU that they bothered to actually send me a replacement. Customer services/RMA's stink with Scan. If you're lucky and the kit you get works then fine, but don't expect any backup. I won't be using them again. |

Never had any problems with Overclockers UK. I've only had to return one product and the customer services was excellent. Orders are always processed the same day and I've never not had the goods the next day. Thumbs up from me! |
