These guys are the best! They understand what we REALLY want. Best price, very fast RMAs, quick delivery, quick query response times, oh and a bit of compassion when we frag a mobo at 250fsb. Ive bought mobo, ram, cpu and a monitor from these guys. Every time its been here in a day in A1 condition (really OTT packing, better safe than sorry ay!). The mobo which id been pushing upto 250fsb (Abit NF7-S) strangely died and took my 3200LLTWINX with it :( . So on the forums i told em what happend (very quick response btw) and they said send it in it might just be a fried bios. So i did, rang em next day and asked how it was and they said its likely a dead chipset and the memorys deffo shot. I thought noooooo 200 quid odd wasted through overclocking.... ...But the guy i spoke too said but not to worry you should have a new one arrive tommorow....WHAT!!!!!....OMG!!....HOW GOOD IS THAT!!! was my response lol. Yep sure enough I had them up and running the very next day. I have to say RMA's in the past from other stores have been between 1,2 and 3 weeks but 1 day turnaround is bloody stellar. Next job was the monitor. Looking at the site i wasnt over impressed at the monitors. So i PM'd the guy who runs the store to quote me on an iiyama VM PRO 19" 454A. Well in about 2 or 3 mins he'd beaten dabs, scan, microdirect etc etc by £20 including next day delivery. So i said i'll give him a ring when i get paid, well i did and got a nice loyalty discount too! so a monitor with an SRP of £309 was mine for £225 LOL! Seriously these guys are the greatest, very friendly, very honest, very techy and i cant fault em one bit. If your looking for a retailer that puts customer service 1st look no further. They have my upmost support and thanks!!! On a side note the guy who runs the store (dave) is one hella funny guy too lol!
