Bought a cheapo mp3 player from them last june and it died recently so created an rma very quickly got an rma number and the day after i sent them the mp3 player i had been issued a refund :) , very quick and easy when compared to many etailors tbh |

bought various bits from them motherboard harddrive ,case etc packaging was ok but could have been a bit better tho, goods arrived on time and all worked (thankfully :P ) although the case\'s box had taken a beating the case survived untouched but was probably just luck. |

Bought from them twice now, they have good prices and have just improved their website and delivery charges :). There packaging is ok but both times the harddrive has not been in its own box but merly in bubble wrap packed loosly with the other components so there is a chance of damage if the courier ir rough with it. They have a decent selection of bits particularly budget parts. So far the only cust service ive needed was for them sending the wrong black facia for a cdrw drive unfortunatly they never responded to me :(. Also i ordered a d740x hdrive but got a dm8 drive :confused:. Overall they are quite good but with a few niggles to sort out |
