Very poor experience with Scan recently.
Ordered a windowed side panel for a Coolermaster 201 v2 case, only for them to send me what can only be described as a battled damaged v1 window panel.
Managed to agree on a refund after a few attempts to contact them, only for them to take 2 1/2 weeks to process the refund.
Got the refund through, only it was only 2/3rds what I'd originally paid them.
Still awaiting the remainder of the refund today....
Previously, they've been ok.... previously. But since this is the first time I've really had to deal with their aftersales service, I can't say I'm overly confident about future orders.
UPDATE (a couple of years after the above): at the time I wrote the above I was well hacked off. However, several weeks later a gent from Scan got in touch and went through my issues, promising to review them and make changes where necessary.
A little while later, the issues were fully resolved and internal process changes were made at Scan, which seemed to improve things no end (in my experience).
I've used Scan again on a fair few occasions, and every time I've used them the experience has been excellent and without hassle or hitches.... however that's more than can be said about a certain online retailer that helps you make things go faster with their sleek, black site!
anyhoo, Scan are highly recommended and I'd buy from them again and again in future.
