-Can take upto a week to respond to emails, quickest ive seen is at least 3 days, since they went \'.com\'
-Online ordering system is full of bugs
-Errors occur frequently with stock allocation problems
-Faulty items are not tested properly
-Dabs has personally mischarged my card on many occasions, sometimes taking out double the amount or making unauthorised debits
-They take no responsibility for their mistakes and the consequences, including unauthorised illegal charges to debit cards.
I warn everyone who reads this...do not deal with this company if you are not prepared to accept the above. I\'ve had to deal with dabs for years, and my overall dealings with them can only be described as a nightmare. For the people here who have done the odd order and have had no trouble, i can understand why they put good ratings...but they are the lucky ones, from my experience of dabs making many many mistakes over many dozens of orders over the years, literally running with my money for weeks before rectifying their errors, without anyform of compensation, or appology, or hell any response at all, all i can say is that this company is to be avoided at all costs, unless you like taking risks with your money.
The time, trouble and MONEY this company has cost me is second to none.
