Here\'s my latest RMA experience with OcUK: First time I sent the motherboard back the replacement died after a few hours. Starting off good here.....
Second time, they lost it! I called them a week and a half after royal mail confirmed they had received it and they said they where having problems due to a back log. Fair enough. A week later still no news, so I email them, only to read that they never received it. Why wasn\'t I told this when I rang earlier (after numerous emails I still havn\'t had this answered!). I asked them if they could look for it and there response was \"I could only suggest you requesting a proof of delivery\". IE they couldnt care less. I\'ve now got to get proof (one the way as I type). They have been no help and their communication is non existant. This isn\'t the first itme I\'ve had problems with them either.
Moral: Avoid like the plague!
