I bought a Zalman cooler fan from a webshop in Denmark and after a while it started to run at 100% all of the time. I actually live in Denmark, but preferring to speak with someone from my home country, I called QueitPC and got through to Andy. He gave me all the advice I needed, and offered to replace the fan, even though I didn't but it from him..He said that wasn't a problem, and he would even ship it to Denmark.... Now THAT is putting the customer first..! |
