Well, what can i say about QuietPC. Exceptional customer service after experiencing repeated problems with my HTPC Case. They have been fantastic in assisting me to obtain a replacement from the manufacturer well after their obligation ended. Unfortunately the replacement had problems also (was soon replaced by a new model by the manufacturer with completely new hardware). The manufacturer was not interested in resolving the issue so QuietPC stepped in and helped me out instead. This was over a year from my initial purchase! The staff are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and responsive, and this does not change when you experience problems - Couldn't wish for better after sales support. Rating: 6 - Outstanding service above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you so much QuietPC :)
