Brilliant dispatch time (1 hour after the order was placed) EDIT: misco still havn't responded to my RMA request as the monitor is faulty, despite me trying to contact them various times!!! I will not be using them again! i would much rather pay more for a different monitor off scan if i had known that this would happen! edit2: Misco have now responded to my contact after trying a few more times and threatening to bring it up with trading standards....... But they are now honoring the RMA :D edit3: finally got a replacement monitor out of them today (had yet more problems getting citylink to pick it up) but the guys i spoke to on the phone were more than happy to help, so i would use misco again, despite having a few niggles..... but i got the replacement ordered last night via the telephone and it turned up today.... so, quite good really :D but yet another company let down by city-link in my area :(

Received a DOA 24" "Misco Saver Monitor" despite being advertised as being an own brand was told they no longer deal with returns and to contact the manufacturer. It will no wonder take over a month to sort out as it has to be sent over seas. Luckerly the manufacturer will pay for this. Complete waste of time dealing with misco will stick to aria/scan/ebuyer in the future.

Bought a monitor from misco. Initally things went bad when my card was declined as egg thought it was an iffy transaction. However as with all things i only learnt how good misco were when things went wrong. They phoned me within hours and arranged payment from another card without any fuss, nice and friendly staff too. Monitor then arrived the next day in perfect condition. Excellent.

I bought a PC for one of our users. Needed it in a hurry, so rather than go to the big D as usual, I went to Misco. I selected the machine and monitor carefully, making sure that both supported DVI, and the machine was rapidly delivered. Unfortunately, although the spec was correct, the machine was not the one pictured. I could live with the aesthetics, but contrary to what the extended spec said, the machine was NOT equipped with DVI. This should have been a bit of a disaster story, therefore. That it is not is down to the exceptional customer service that I received. They would have swapped the machine for one which did support DVI, but I offered another option; ship a cheap DVI equipped graphics card. This was agreed with them at about 16:30 yesterday, and they shipped it free of charge. The card, an XFX GF6500 (look, there's no 3D involved here, OK?), was here at 11am today. So, to summarise, yes, their website was wrong, but their efforts to remedy that have been swift, flexible and flawlessly delivered. I should particularly like to commend the Premier Accounts Manager involved, Peter Whittington, for taking ownership of the problem and seeing it to a very satisfactory conclusion. Highly recommended.

Bought a motherboard and case from them 1 year ago. After 6 months the motherard developed a fault. Sent back under RMA, it took them 2 weeks to pick it up - everytime they said Amtrak will be picking up they never turned up. Then took 6 weeks for them acknowledge that they hadn\'t sent the item to the supplier and I have to wait. After 3 months finally got a credit note. Now been waiting 1 month for them to send a cheque for the refund. Their customer service team lies to you and do not call you back as promised. Would not use Misco again. One of the worst suppliers. When doing the credit note they even got value wrong. They said the £3 difference was on the invoice, but my order showed up £3 higher. How can the invoice value be lower than my order and the amount taken from my credit card.

Ordered a wireless bridge from Simply and it was delivered in 3 days. Unfortunately it was 802.11b and not fast enough to stream video so I asked if I could send it back for a refund. Absolutely no quibbles and my refund went through in around 5 days Escellent customer service :)

Bought a keyboard online. It said allow 3-5 days deliverey. I recieved the invoice next day. Still no keyboard. 6 days passed. still no keyboard. I rang up they said I should have recieved a letter that ordered me to ring up some despatch centre to confirm a purchase. Well this letter never turned up and my order was cancelled before I even knew. Simply are simply complicated. :confused:

Purchased an Aopen case from Simply as it was a few quid cheaper than Dabs and whilst Dabs stuff normally comes next day (it says 1-3 days, but they tend to use Parcelforce24) I NEEDED next day; so i enter all my details and pay additional for next day delivery well before their cutoff (ie the morning). Nothing arrives the next day. I emailled them and no reply, so I wait and nothing arrives the next day again, so I email them to cancel the order and immediately place the order with Dabs instead. They finally replied to my initial query email 3 days after order placed and then confirmed cancellation of the order the day after that. Shocking service, although they where very apologetic!
