Bought loads of stuff from CCL before and never had any trouble with them what so ever, even when I have bought something and its been wrong, they have refunded/replaced with out any trouble. tried out their delivery service the other day and was excelent, did have a problem with shipping costs though as i am registed with a forum that gives you free next day delivery, I phoned the customer support and they sorted it out straight away friendly satff and a tech team that know what they are doing |

I originally gasped when I saw the cost of the postage, given that my order value was pretty small. I really don't mind paying for something if it works: I was notified of dispatch within the hour by txt message and the goods arrived early the following morning. |

On the occasion that I have had to speak with them (silver surfer and not always 'up' to speed on stuff) they have treated me with patience and courtesy and are always extremely helpful. |

I ordered a Thermalright Ultra 120 on wednesday morning, had a few probs but they emailed me promptly and it was all sorted out, arrived today (thursday same week) which is excellent, considering the postage was only £2, the total price for the heatsink + delivery was cheaper than other companies charge for the heatsink alone! excellent work ccl. definately recommended :D |

Ordered CPU and Mobo on same order. Was informed CPU was OOS once payment was authorised. Emailed back, asking to drop from the order. Which wasnt a problem at all. Mobo arrived next day, so was happy. Installed system with no problems, got it stablish, flashed BIOS and windows BSOD'ed half way through. Well, you can imagine what I thought. I nearly had to order a new MX1000.... But it turned out to be a non problem, phoned up first thing on monday morning to ask for an RMA number. Explained the problem to the techie-seemed a knowledgable chap, asked if I had cleared the CMOS and wether I could flash on another Mobo-not an option, only other mobo I had at the time had a different capacity on its BIOS chip. "Ok, heres the number". Asked if I could replace the board with another, no problem. Just write this number on the outside of the parcel, and write a note inside the parcel with the cause, and potential problem. And what action you would like to take. Did so, sent it next day RM. It arrived at 830. RMA was complete by 12. Currently awaiting dispatch of the replacement mobo-this was earlier today. According to thier FAQ it can take 2 days for an RMA to be reshipped. So not worried at all yet. Frankly, I dont think I will have cause to be. From the service I've recieved so far Im happy they have had my money-I like to support companies who know how to support thier customers should they need it. Only let down is the wait on the phones. Website can be slow loading at times, espcially within the Account areas-for some reason? |

Bought a Lian Li PC-7 Plus after deciding that I couldn't afford the extra 20 quid for the Plus II version with the rear 120mm fan from KustomPCs. To my surprise I received the Plus II version with the 120mm rear fan, despite it stating that the exhaust was 80mm on the product specs. Think that was an error, but I'm not fussed, cheers CCL. |

Bought a fan controller from their shop. Good value too at £7. Handy having access to a retail shop near where I live (Leeds). Nice touch them having multiple LCD TVs in their shop as you can watch TV programmes / DVDs whilst you wait for the goods to be brought out from their stockrooms. Haven't ordered online before so can't comment on their internet / delivery service. |

This company is only about 30 mins drive from me, so I go there fairly regularly to buy stuff. Good range of stock with a useful sales counter. Staff are efficient, as are items ordered when in the shop. Perhaps the mark of a good retailer is their aftersales, since any company should be able to sell and deliver items without problems. I had to return to HDD enclosure because the power brick failed. Staff in the returns department were very helpful and ordered a no-quibble replacement as quickly as they could. Pleasant bunch of staff who know their techie stuff. |

Had a good experience of these guys. Bought a GeForce off them around a year ago and was forced to return it about 5 months after because of an incompatibility between the card and the chipset on my mobo. They arranged the RMA without a hitch. The problem was that i had to wait about 4 weeks for my refund as after around two calls a week saying they hadnt received it, it finally \'appeared\' on the postroom floor. not impressed - but i did get my full sale price refund. |

Many items in the past, normaly order from them instead of OCUK back in 2001, but now, there product range and details seems lacking, although the site has improved. Last order was back in 2002, and as with all my orders with them, it was very good. Packaging VERY good never had problems, normaly fast delivery, and a good RMA as well when a 20gb 5400rpm fujitsu drive i got didnt like my pc. Replacement was a 20gb 7200rpm Maxtor! :cool: I would order again, if they had the products i needed, but OCUK seems to have excelled lately in beating them on price and products so Its not happening lately. Feel sorry realy. Nice place. |

I bought a Nisis Camera from them before id really researched what i was buying 100%. I called sales to make sure it was the one that would suit and was told yes. After using it for a couple of days i found it ate batteries and the picture quality was terrible. I got back to them and they treated me like an average retail muppet before telling me they would refund me less a percentage, only after talking with them for more than an hour and lots of emails and time wasted. The gentleman on the phone told me i would need £300 of lighting equipment for a £90 camera which i thought was comical but hey. |
