Bought a CPU cooler for my system. Ran great, quick delivery. I then changed my system from a Socket 478 board to an AM2 board. There was no clip for the new board, so I thought my cooler was useless. This is where Ellen from the service department made my day. I emailed her, and she has sent out the new clip for my board. Awesome service on what was a relatively cheap fan on standard delivery. I will definitely be recommending them. As for the product... I'd turned a horribly screamy-noisy Socket A machine into a linux file server. This fan has silenced it. Makes an incredible difference. |

Ordered ZM80C heatpipe cooler, case fan, and Asus CD-RW from them back in May 04. The order was dispatched quickly, well packaged. I discovered, when I went to replace the GPU heatsink _one month later_ that there was a small bag of connection parts missing from the Zalman ZM80C (it was Zalman\'s fault, the pack was sealed!). When I contacted QuietPC they sent me the missing parts straight away. Because of this I\'d rate their customer service as excellent. Only slight downer is the prices aren\'t cheap, but they do stock a lot of specialist components. I\'d certainly buy from them again. |
