Ordered deluxe sound insulation package and hard drive silencer, The sound insulation package delivered unfortunately was the more basic one. I contacted the company and explained what had happened, a courier was sent out next day, the wrong part collected and the correct one delivered, Exceptional service, would buy from again and recommend to others. |

The Northbridge Chipset fan on my ASUS A8N-SLI Deluxe failed completely on a Friday morning... After a quick bit of Google Research via my laptop, it turned out that this is a well-known problem with this Mobo, and the Zalman ZM-NB47J Heatsink seemed to be the advised way to go, according to all of the "techie" websites. So I placed the order with QuietPC on Friday morning, and yet just went for the First Class Post option, as £24.50 for guaranteed Saturday delivery was a bit ridiculous for < £5.00 worth of parts...! BUT - it still arrived on Saturday morning, perfectly wrapped. I've just finished installing it, and it's cured all of the issues - noise & over-heating. What a great service they provide. This is my 3rd purchase from Quiet PC over the years, and while the previous two weren't disappointing in any way, this is by far, way "Above & Beyond". System cooling requirements? By tomorrow? At a fair price? With a smile? It's a "No-Brainer" - QuietPC. Ciao, Gelert. |

Absolutely excellent. I explained what I needed - quite complex and they went away, researched product compatibility etc for me, came back with a list of items, all with hyperlinks to facilitate quick ordering, and with notes on usage. We then mantained an email correspondence until I was sure I had what I wanted and was happy to place an order. Compare that with a major vendor (unnamed but with a good reputation for service) I phoned recently to find out more about the sound card and speakers I was thinking of ordering (£300 worth) who clearly (1) didn't know anything and (2) couldn't give a damn. They cost a little more than some, but believe me, you get your money's worth as you end up with the right products. The only place I've marked them down slightly is their website, where it isn't always easy to find what you're after. It's still good, but I think they could learn from their competition in this area. Cheers, Tom. |

I'd be hard pressed to think of another company that offered the same level of customer support than that provided by QuietPC.com. I say same because it certainly could not be bettered ... Having suffered some sort of electrical glitch type breakdown in my Zalman TNN 500 AF PSU and finding myself a little outside of the manufacture's warranty one begins to think that the manufacturers know something of a nasty surprise that you don't ... yet. Oh it may be slightly cheaper to buy hardware elsewhere somewhere on the Internet but, as my mother used to drum into me, there' a price to all this cheapness. That price is after sales support. In my experience and having not always taken the path my dear mother had shown me, buying hardware on the cheap as it were can work out more expensive over even a short period of time. What joy then that having been a customer of QuietPC on a few occasions in the past and that they are stockists of the fabulous Zalman products, that I should turn to them for help with my problem PSU. Their response was totally QuietPC.com! In a unfussy, we-will-help-you-sort-it-out way, they not only supplied a replacement PSU shipped directly from Korea [i](had they had one in stock that day it would have been sent to me right away from the UK)[/i] but also offered to continue to correspond with me until it was installed and fixed ... fabulous! |

Brought a Zelman Reserator 2 from these. Emailed to ask some questions, had a super fast response with all my questions answered. Ordered the parts, and had them next day, exactly what I asked for, and super fast friendly service. I can not fault QuietPC at all, and will be returning for many more bargains soon. |

Ordered placed with QuitePC.com on Tuesday 17 July and took delivery of the following on Wednesday 18 July: Acousti AcoustiPack Deluxe sound reduction kit, 2 Zaward Clear 80mm Quiet Golf Fans, Coolink Fan Anti-Vibration Bolts and 4 AcoustiFeet black anti-vibration feet. ALL excellent products, topped off with a speedy trouble free service. Not only that my partners over the moon with fact our PC no longer makes the noise of a Lear Jet on take off! I purchased several items (power supply, CPU cooler and small accessories) and received them the next day. Helpful info on the site included specs on each item such as decibel level, weight, RPM of fans, etc., plus ratings from websites like silentpcreview.com, etc. When I received my CPU cooler I noticed it was significantly bent so I contacted the returns email and exchanged a couple of emails with a very friendly person who immediately put a cross-ship order into place so that not only would I get a new, personally inspected cooler the next day, but I would also not have to pay any shipping charges to return the defective unit! Quick response, superlative service and good prices! Can't ask for any more! This is seriously the BEST customer service I have ever had with any online company. The selection in some categories could be better (they do not have Antec cases for example so I had to purchase from elsewhere) but the prices are good and the product info is far better than anywhere else I have visited. Two thumbs up, 10/10, 5/5, 100% rating! |

I bought a Xilence PSU, AMD K8 CPU Heatsink and Fan an an 8cm B Grade Case Fan from QuietPC on Monday 2nd July before 3.30pm and received them on Tuesday, 3rd July at 11.30am. The kit was installed by 1.00pm and all worked perfectly. Great Service. Would I use QuietPC again - You bet. Well done QuietPC!! |
