I realised when building my new computer that I needed a part from the fan model above the one i owned in order to get it to fit. Phoned QuietPC more for information than anything else really and before i knew it they sent me the parts straight away and free of charge. Its rare today to come across such an exceptional company! |

After trying this company for the first time I was amazed at how good the service was. they actually bothered to tell me that my order had been miss directed by the carrier with an apology with a full refund of the carriage charge. The price of the Noctua NH-U12P CPU Heatpipe Heatsink with fan was also very good. An excellent company to do business with and will be doing again. |

I've used quietPC a few times now and i've found them great every time. their site is nice and simple to use, and the delivery is always first rate. It's true that their stock isn't always that wide, but they deal in some really good quality kit for a very specific purpose. i can't go anywhere else for cooling products and fans etc. I would highly recommend them. |

Over the last 2 years I have bought everything from cables to cases from Quiet PC. I have only ever had 2 problems with items , and they were power supplies - no fault of Quiet PC - which arrived by courier and were covered in condensation ( very cold days ). They have an excellent customer service which sends a replacement for immediate swap with the courier on next day. I recently broke a CPU cooler component , but after a quick e-mail , the replacement part was posted out to me within the hour - [b]take note other e-tailers[/b] - at no cost. Now that is what I call proper service :cool: |

Well, what can i say about QuietPC. Exceptional customer service after experiencing repeated problems with my HTPC Case. They have been fantastic in assisting me to obtain a replacement from the manufacturer well after their obligation ended. Unfortunately the replacement had problems also (was soon replaced by a new model by the manufacturer with completely new hardware). The manufacturer was not interested in resolving the issue so QuietPC stepped in and helped me out instead. This was over a year from my initial purchase! The staff are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and responsive, and this does not change when you experience problems - Couldn't wish for better after sales support. Rating: 6 - Outstanding service above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you so much QuietPC :) |

I bought a new motherboard and found that my old PSU wasn't compatible with the new m/b. Phoned QuietPC who provided advice on the spot which was spot on. I have been using them for 3 years and would say their customer service is second to none. |

I bought a load of cooling stuff, One fan was noisy, no fault of theirs and emailed them in the morning. I got a reply from Ellen very quickly and a replacement was sent out [b]that[/b] day to be here for me the next day 1st class. :E SAE included to return poggered fan. (None of this "send it back, n we'll test it to make sure your not lying before we send a replacement and refund your postage if your lucky" like overclockers do!:mad: GREAT service and fantastic customer support. Something rare these days! :cool: |

Ordered a CPU cooler, and it arrived the next day. Had been damaged in transit - hardly the fault of quiet PC, but a PITA nonetheless. Dropped them an Email to arrange a return, and met with a fantastic customer-oriented response. A replacement part arrived the following day, with the carrier also collecting the return. Service was so good it made the hassle of having the part originally turn up damaged seem almost unimportant. |

Ordered a htpc case which arrived next day, unfortunately my graphics card didn't want to fit in the case so contacted quietpc, they quickly sent me an RMA number, and then refund with no problems. Preorded another case which was yet to be released, the case was with me the very next day the stock arrived. The stock date was also spot on, no overdue problems at all. I purchased, CPU fan, power supply and case, a year later I had a motherboard failure and decided to replace the motherboard. My problem was the fan, and fitting it to the new CPU base. Having had excellent service origionally I made a call to see if they could help me locate a bracket so that I could re-use the fan. Bingo had a bracket to fit the next day. Ironically I am still waiting fort he RAM that I ordered from Microdirect! I can't fault their approach and service. If only all internet shopping was this good, for me it doesn't come better :-) |

I emailled them and asked a question on VFD display on fusion case and asked about compatable Vista remote. Got an email back next day and they are sending me a remote in the post to me to try free of charge. Now where else would do this No other company. Great service will definitly be using them for my computer parts. |
