I actually bought a mobo, graphics card, 2 dvd drives and a hdd. The packaging was excellent, have never seen so much bubble wrap around a disc before there was enough polystyrene for a person to stand on without the goods being damaged. Delivery was very effiencent, package was dispatched and arrived following day as promised. I haven't had the oportunity to test customer service as all my goods arrived in working condition, but i will change this when i do. |

whilst Scan are nearly always lowest in terms of price, and I think also have the widest range of product of all the main UK delaers, service is often what you want. And I've sometimes found the service from Scan to be a little lacking in the customer support field. they seem a little too big now, and have forgotten how to look after customers and treat them well. I now avoid buying from Scan if I can at all help it, only getting products from them that I cannot get elsewhere. Which is a shame, because they could easily be number 1 if they just remember who their customers are a bit better. |

Doing my usual ordering from scan, and all went well as usual. Until I received a text message on my phone (love that feature, btw) that there was something wrong with my payment. So I phoned up to sort it out, got through straight away, as usual, and tried to fix things. Unfortunately somewhere between my bank and my card things weren't working out, so after many phone calls I finally gave up with that card. I phoned Scan again, and put my order through on a different card. My order was then despatched within 20mins!!!! and came first thing the next day. Can't fault Scan for my card - still having words with the bank about that, but the customer service was excellent and my goods arrived super quick after I got things sorted out. Top marks for scan once more! |

I bought most of my system from Scan (all apart from case), and even ordered the wrong O.S., but they quickly refunded when I sent back. Overall a wonderful experience in these days of aggressive marketing then being let down by the old "sorry items on back order". Thanks Scan you are top of my list!:) |

Ridiculous prices as always on Today Only - a case and power supply for £13 and a DVDRW for £13. To top the whole thing off the order arrived 4 days earlier than estimated - Thursday rather than the following Monday. |

im a bit upset with scan this week after buying a coolmaster 830 stacker case the nvidia special edition it was on today in the week so i ordered it at £158 and it was due for delivery monday the case turned up thursday but to my horror its on today only this weekend at £146 which is a £12 saving if this were to have been delivered on the 7th as promised and not earlier i would have save £12 which would have paid for the green fans for it i think scan should give me the £12 back as other companys do when they reduce products within a certain time. Non the less still good service from scan. |

I brought componants for a new computer from scan intel core 2 quad, 4 gigs of ram and a hd 2600 XT. Goods were selected from the warehouse and dispatched very quickly. Order was well well packaged with lots of bubble wrap used. Spot on prices, and can't beat the free delivery. Another excellent experience :) |

Bought most of a complete PC since my games rig died and I needed my holiday fix. Ordered it late Sunday night, got it all wednesday despite the Christmas rush - Scan sent me an email that things would be delayed by a day because they were so busy. Citylink were their usual useless selves, website didn't update with 'out for delivery' until several hours after I had received the items! |
