Has some issues with the PayPal service but after a quick phone call it was cleared up. Within a few hours the package had been dispatched. Next morning it arrived, superbly packed as usual. Few niggles with the process: -Website has quite a few items with incomplete or incorrect information -Not the first time i have had problems with PayPal -Phoning Scans customer service isnt cheap! |

Ive bought a 3xs system that we reviewed here recently on hexus and i have to say i was really impressed by it so far . The system was really really well packed they could have probably sent a ming vase in it by donkey and it would have still arrived in one piece. Thanks guys. |

Bought this product, with help via the forums to confirm that it was UK spec (instead of the stock photo showing US spec). Sent quickly, well packaged (almost overly so with bubble wrap) and a free DVD wallet thing (which appears to be a giveaway, wasnt mentioned when i bought it). Considering the free delivery, the fact that it was on special offer also (via Scanshot), and freebie.... come on Scan, remember that you are supposed to be making a profit too you know!!! |
