I purchased a CPU along with a Graphics card. Scan as always were superb and provided another smooth and easy transaction. Goods were well packed and arrived safety in perfect condition. Sadly my graphics card died after a couple of hours use but a quick message to Scan and I had a RMA number and the card was returned. Customer service was great which is why Scan remains my number 1 retailer. |

I bought an unbranded 512Mb memory stick for my system Although not faulty, it was incompatible with the memory already installed. Scan gave a full refund - and I subsequently bought a matched pair of branded memory (Corsair) from them. Full marks for the RMA - and customer services. |

Bought a Tagan 700w PSU and had a few problems with it. The sata adapters caused a short, they sent me some new ones and they were fine for a few pluggings/unpluggings and then they went pop again, also the fans on the psu stuck on full (seems to be a curse for me that), i had had the psu for 6 weeks, but scan kindly agreed to give me a refund because of the previous problems that i had had. Fantastic customer service again :) | |

Bought a Viewsonic vx2025 in july and it turned out to have a fault with the DVI port, and after speaking to viewsonic, they said that they couldnt replace it because all the 2025 models had the same fault and that they were working on a fix but couldnt give an idea as to when the fix would be available. By this time the monitor had been dead for a couple of weeks and i didnt want to wait any longer, so i rang scan, they said right away that if viewsonic would tell them that there was no fix and no date, they would issue a refund - excellent :) Unfortunately, viewsonic told them a different story, so that put a spanner in the works! after a lot of phoning and emailing, i managed to get viewsonic to admit to scan what they had told me. Scan arranged to pick up the monitor and refunded me within 7 days of picking it up (5 working days i think it was). Fantastic service from scan again :) |

Another very good service provided by Scan. Ordered and was provided with an email at it passed through the different stages of the transaction to inform me of the progress. Processed quickly and was texted an email with my tracking number for the package with city-Link. The HDD came well packed in bubblewrap (wrapped abour 4 times). The unit itself is very quiet (it's true what previos reviews have said - it's whisper quiet!) Another happy customer here. |

ordered on friday had a few problems when my order seemed to disappear davidm on teh forums helped me out friday evening took less than an hour to sort via the forums turned out i forgot to click confirm davidm also sorted out refund as card did not checkout at the today only price only £5 difference but at least he sorted it and was helpful thanks again scan |

very excellent service this time as usual. Placed an order towards the end of last week, only to find out that one of the items were out of stock, quick communications with the company then helped me replace a missing fan but then I had recieved no further updates on the picking/dispatch by Saturday so I though that my order wouldn't be with me till tommorow at least. All the items somehow sneakily made it pass me at work today ahead of the notification of dispatch text messages and emails, surprsing me at lunch as I thought I'd fallen asleep at the job *whoops*. Thanks Scan you have made my day and helped me get the parts required to repair my dad's computer ASAP so that he can now stay OFF mine.... :cash: |

I recently ordered a Core Duo system from Scan Computers, and have to praise the quality of the service on offer, as impressive as the system itself (both design and performance levels are mind-blowing). I was kept informed of status at every stage of the ordering and delivery processes and got quick answers to any question raised. What made this experience particularly impressive was that, to avoid delaying my order, Scan replaced a 300 Gb Hard disk with a 400 Gb one at no cost to me! I haven't come across too many retailers with such a customer-orientated policy. I know I'll be back spending some more money with them :-) |

A mistake by a scan picker/system caused my order to be delayed as 'out of stock' despite the website continueing to show it as in stock (was bought on today only). Initial estimates for restock delay were lengthy. HOWEVER.. scan looked into it upon request, found the mistake, corrected it, and I got the item only a day later than expected. Good save. A bit disappointed that the today only price only matched other retailers normal price. |
