Theres not much to say but that scan is an fantastic e-tailor.I ordered a monitor a day ago, and it came through today in brilliant packaging with no dead pixel at all. Scan were also quick to respond when I asked about the delivery time and if they could push it forward to before christmas than after. First time I have bought from scan and will definitely recommend to everyone. |

Scan itself were terrific. But the delivery was horrenous! My order was picked and dispatched by Scan on Monday 12th. expected delivery on Tuesday 13th. Nothing arrives on 13th, call the couriers next morning, 1 hour on hold before an answer, to be told the order never got delivered on Tuesday because the driver ran out of time, and it might be delivered today Thursday, or tomorrow Friday! It finaly arrived at 3PM on Friday afternoon, costing me 3 days off work just to wait for a parcel. |

Excellent website, fantastic prices (I've only found them beaten by another reseller on two occasions), helpful staff and - perhaps most importantly - RMA numbers sent within minutes. Yes, on those rare occasions I've had defective goods from these guys - and I've made a lot of orders through Scan for my clients, over the last two years only had a couple of defective items - I've had a returns number e-mailed 10-20 minutes or even sooner, after making the requisite phone call. Hate to sound like a fanboy, but if Scan keep this up, I can't find any reason to look elsewhere. Strongly recommended company. One small quibble: though their website is well laid out, the small text and needless limit to the width (quite apparent on my widescreen monitor), make browsing just a little less comfortable than I'd like. |

Bought a PSU, headset, fan and some leads from Scan. I made a mistake with my credit card but customer services at Scan had that sorted out in minutes without any fuss. As always I was informed when the goods had been dispatched and when they'd arrive. They were well packed and in first class condition. I have been using Scan for a while now and IMHO they're simply the easiest and best company to deal with. I can't praise them highly enough. |

I ordered 480W Scan PPFC PSU, 256mb XFX 7600GT XT and ZALMAN VF900-Cu from Scan. The estimated delivery date (a Thursday) was unfortunately not met, so I emailed as I was despirate to get the goods before the weekend. They very kindly put a rush on my order and marked it as urgent. It then arrived on the Friday. In all fairness this is still very fast delivery by many retailers standards, so having arrive a day later than I expected did not bother me in the slightest. |

Bought an X1950XT and some RAM plus a couple of other items from scan. Pros Good prices, good products as always. Cons I wasn't notified that my delivery had been delayed due to the warehouse being very busy. Scan say they will e-mail if the order is going to be delayed, but this is the second time now that I've only been informed of a delay once I've called their customer service department. |

I bought several components from this company including motherboard, CPU, graphics card and memory. The motherboard and the graphics card were faulty on arrival. The after sales service of this company is one of the worst I have ever experienced. First they tried to fob me off by saying I would have to return the products to them for "testing" which would take many weeks :mad:and then I would be charged if any of the components were not faulty. After that they did not reply to my messages. It took several months and threat of legal action for them to refund the money. I realize this may not be typical. However I will never use this company again. |
