Bought a Corsair HX 520w psu from Scan Good stuff - great price, solid delivery and nice website could be better - had to wait 3 days for the item to be picked due an increased volume of orders, not come across this before with some of their competitors so was used to things being dispatched immediately. It was not a problem overall as a quick email to them sorted it and I received on the estimated delivery date thanks will be back :cool: | |

I ordered a case off of scan due to the excellent free postage deal they offered making it by far the cheapest place to order from! Again SCAN comes to the rescue, I thought that as I haven't built a new computer this year, I would upgrade my existing ones so that Vista and games like BF2 and FEAR cold run faster and with a higher FPS.... I was very surprised to see that the price had dropped by approx £25 in the last few days of ordering (and hence clicked on the buy button) but then I was disappointed when it said that it was out of stock till 22nd December and no chance of a pre christmas delivery (nevertheless I still ordered it on the 20th and instead of fitting it over my christmas holidays I would play with it on New Year.) Two days later at work I got distracted by a workmate and there sure enough was a box (with the usual extermely good packaging and tape) containing the ram...... Lots of fun I've had so far and woohoo games like Battle for Middle Earth 2 doesn't hold up much any more.... Thanks again SCAN. P.S. I had much fun wrapping up my sister's USB extension cable with the bubble wrap and passing it off as her present (for some reason though she didn't turn on me and ask where her proper present was....) :E |

Everyone must love SCAN, my reason is they saved my christmas experience as I left some presents to the last minute and I thought I would have a lot of explaining to do on Chrsitmas day because the estimated delivery date was 4th January 2007 (for an order put in on the 20th December 2006. Instead it arrived at work 2 days later (and I had most of my workmates guessing if any was their's......... :cash: Excellent timing SCAN. P.S. now my sister has no excuses for having nothing to transfer her work from home to school except for floppies.... |

I got nice free delivery service as usual from Scan but for the first time I recieved a wrong item from them. It's something equivalent to what I originally ordered specwise, but cost little less. But it's only 50P difference so nothing serious....but it's a bit of a let down anyway. But ovewrall I'm still happy for what I've received for what I've paid. Thank you Scan. |

i bought a logitech g7 from scan on sunday and initially i decided i would only rate scan a 4 out of 5 as my mouse was due for delivery thursday which is quite a slow turn around for an item and because my previous orders have been a little late HOWEVER this time my purchase went perfectly my mouse turned up today wednesday a day earlier than i expected so was pleasantly pleased the only downside is that the software cd that came with the mouse makes my dvd drive whine and keeps crashing during install my dvd drive works fine so dodgy disc but managed to get all the software from the internet so cheers for a smooth purchase scan :D |
