As usual - the goods came well packaged and at great prices. Only slight disappointments this time were: - The estimated delivery date was a Friday, but unfortunately it came on Monday - not a massive issue though - The tracking system on the website seemed to have broken, which was slightly annoying - though the emailing part of it was still working fine |

I bought a Core2Duo E6400 from SCAN using the free delivery offered to Hexus.net users It arrived on the day I was told it would Wrapped securely in 4-5 layers of bubble wrap in it's retail box with tape over both sides, it was therefore near impossible to damage, seriously this thing would of survived like a 100 meter fall without a scratch! Great price and for free delivery it was amazing Would of bought my other PC components from SCAN but they were out of stock of my motherboard, RAM and I found a good deal for a GFX card elsewhere. I remember they were expanding their warehouse though so this is completely understandable :) Would recommend this company to anyone, they usually have very competitive prices or infact better than everyone on many items! I bought most of the components to a computer system from Scan. Very impressed with the quick service, and ability to choose a delivery day. Arrived on time and well packed. Everything working great. Only gripe is that I had to change my card address to get it delivered. Many other companies allow alternative delivery addresses on debit cards - a real shame scan don't. |

I ordered a Daewoo 19" widescreen monitor and a Compro Digital TV card from scan back in November. The order was quickly processed and dispatched, arriving 2 days after I ordered (a sunday) which is exceptional compared to some of the large stores I have used in the past. I cant fault the goods, infacr, £110 for the monitor was a bargain. |

I accidentally ordered something which was out of stock without noticing, but on a quick email to Scan I got a speedy response, where they replaced my product with one in stock and I got the stuff in the usual speedy way. As always I got exceptional customer service and prices. |

Very poor experience with Scan recently. Ordered a windowed side panel for a Coolermaster 201 v2 case, only for them to send me what can only be described as a battled damaged v1 window panel. Managed to agree on a refund after a few attempts to contact them, only for them to take 2 1/2 weeks to process the refund. Got the refund through, only it was only 2/3rds what I'd originally paid them. Still awaiting the remainder of the refund today.... Previously, they've been ok.... previously. But since this is the first time I've really had to deal with their aftersales service, I can't say I'm overly confident about future orders. UPDATE (a couple of years after the above): at the time I wrote the above I was well hacked off. However, several weeks later a gent from Scan got in touch and went through my issues, promising to review them and make changes where necessary. A little while later, the issues were fully resolved and internal process changes were made at Scan, which seemed to improve things no end (in my experience). I've used Scan again on a fair few occasions, and every time I've used them the experience has been excellent and without hassle or hitches.... however that's more than can be said about a certain online retailer that helps you make things go faster with their sleek, black site! anyhoo, Scan are highly recommended and I'd buy from them again and again in future. |

Ordered some upgrade parts from SCAN on Wednesday and they arrived on Friday afternoon while I was out at work. Delivery was absolutely fantastic, especially considering 2 of the items I ordered were actually pre order parts and the guys were waiting for stock. Secondly, I got my delivery free through the HEXUS 2 SCAN loyalty program making it an even better deal :) First time I have ever used SCAN and I can definately say that from now on they have my custom. |

Bought the ACE 17" LCD TV/Monitor, along with an Asus ATX case. The case was as expected from a cheap case, but the TV was much better than expecteed. It was bought as a present for my mum so she can watch telly whilst ironing as well as read her email with it. Image quality was way better than I have seen on cheap LCD monitors in the past, teh price was a bargain (from the Today Only section). I got caught out by their warehouse changeover and it tooks weeks to turn up. Would have been nice to have been better informed as to how bad things were as then my parents wouldn't have been waiting for the parcel to turn up every day. |

Order: Ordered all the parts for a new system at the end of Jan. After ordering I needed to change a few items, so spoke to their customer services. They were very helpfull and changed my order accordingly. New system is now built and have not had a single hickup since. RMA: I purchased a Logitech mouse from Scan many months ago, and it developed a fault recently. Scan tested it, found the fault and promptly sent out a nice new replacement. Great company to deal with. |
