ordered the new logitech g5, website didnt have an eta on more stock, preordered anyway as it was cheaper than anywhere else i could find (esp with free delivery) mouse actually arrived while the site was still showing no eta, it even was dispatched a full 2 days before the estimated date. very impressed. |

Keep you informed about what stage your order is at which i liked and the ability to track your order even after it has left the warehouse was good. The goods were neatly packaged and protected with bubble wrap. Great service overall and will use again. |

Got to say that the scan experience is decidedly average. Used them 3 times now. Two out of the three I have been burned by their inability to keep their website up to date with current stock levels. Customer service on the Hexus forums is good, but what's the point if they repeatedly fail to deliver the goods? I appreciate they have been promising to improve this for several months now, but I find little improvement from the first time I attempted to use them. I've had to use their RMA service once and had no problems. Packaging good, but failure to deliver 66% of the time due to unavailability of parts showing in-stock at time of order is unnacceptable in my book, hence the 1 star rating for shipping. Probably OK if you only order 1 item at a time, otherwise ebuyer are more reliable. |

Bought a Daewoo 22" TFT at a terrific price to be delivered on a specific day. Unfortunately, the item was delivered early by Citylink, and after two failed delivery attempts they were about to return it to Scan. Fortunately, Scan were able to sort this out, and arrange a redelivery for the next day (and avoid any extra delivery charges.) Terrific service, bar from Citylink spoiling the plans a little. |
