I am just waiting for my third purchase from SCAN in as many weeks. Have built an entie system with parts from them, apart from 3 that they didn't have in stiock when I needed them. I love the email updates, text updates and general attitude of the Customer service and Tech departments, it is so refreshing to deal with people who actually seem to give a damn!:alien: Items were exceptionally well packaged. Only gripe was a delivery time problem (couldn't get it exactly when I wanted it) but I guess that is more my problem than theirs. bought a couple of fans and an external hard drive on saturday from scan for tuesday delivery previous experience with scan told me i wouldn't get it on the said tuesday as delivery is not tht great. but to my surprise it was sent out on time and arrived at 11am tuesday very happy with the turn around keep it up scan :D |

Nigh on perfect experience, brief hiccup regarding "order delayed" emails which turned out to be sent in error. Had no trouble in changing the delivery address via phone which is a huge help because of the fraud protection in place on debit cards. As always Scan delivers :E |

Bought a CPU, Mobo, GPU and PSU and the service was excellent. There was a small issue of availability for GPU I had wanted. It went out of stock the day I placed my order and I wasn't alerted of this until it was too late to choose another for same day shipping, but the issue was resolve quickly when I was alerted and I got my goods the following day. All the boxes arrived in near perfect condition.:) |

Bought 2 full systems of components in the last 10 months and one stick of ram being RMA'd, which was resolved inside of 3 days, they came shining through. I only use Scan now for anything i need. Been very helpful when things need sorting, and never had a problem with them |

Ordered AMD 5600 CPU which was listed as in stock paid for next day delivery, delivery date came and went so recontacted SCAN who decided item was now on pre-order and would be a few weeks, possibly. Hate it when companies take your cash and do not deliver as promised......... Saving grace was quick refund of money when I complained apology would have been nice though. |
