I originally bought all my PC parts from Scan and it was fantastic service, besides a few hiccups on my behalf they fixed it as soon as I alerted them and all was good. I've then more recently bought some more RAM only to find it faulty. After sending back the wrong RAM once (they still refunded me, fantastic absolutely fantastic) and then the right RAM back (in which it went through a speedy process getting a replacement within the week) I am pleased that I bought my parts from them. Wonderful customer service and speedy service. I hope they keep up the awesome work. The prices are right, the packaging is sufficient and I'm happy to of spent in excess of £700 with them. |

Made an order for a load of little things - media, a few ethernet cables, some Arctic Silver 5, a USB fan, a couple of 80mm fans. I was emailed to be told that one of the items was not in stock, despite the website suggesting otherwise. OK, fairly obscure item so understandable, i chose an alternative. Im then emailed again saying another item is not in stock. That annoyed me a little - they could at least have told me about both at the same time. When the order arrived the USB desk fan was broken - the fan head had fallen off and there were some little bits of plastic rattling around inside. A little tinkering with a screwdriver and it was working fine, and im assuming it was just a cheaply made item rather than scans fault. So a few small problems - it would help if scan finally got some sort of real time stock system going, but still 4 stars because of the excellent prices, free postage, the fact that there were very quick replies to my emails and the problems only resulted in a one day delay to my order. |

Purchased a DVD burner from these guys a couple of months ago, item was purchased on a Friday and delivered on the Monday. Overall really pleased with the level of service, can't say the same about the product :(. I have had experience of some competitors using stupid means of packaging, e.g. sticking a hdd in a jiffy bag but these guys overcome that with some super packaging :D |

Ordered this sound card for next day delivery. Order was placed on early Friday morning, was packed and shipped the same day and I received it on Monday as promised. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase, the sound card was the cheapest I could find online, cheaper than eBuyer. Packaging was super like always, it was packaged between a few hefty layers of bubble wrap. A bonus was free postage for Hexus members. Thanks Scan! :) |

After an initial problem processing my card which delayed my order by a day or so, after ringing up to sort the problem they shipped the order out the same day and it arrived the next afternoon. Considering by the time I had rung them it was close to 5 in the evening I was quite impressed that they still managed to ship the order out so late. Overall, no real problems, will definitely buy from them again. |

Received HDD that looked used, tested it and found it faulty, returned it quickly to Scan, refund was agreed but took 20 days for them to process. Once again no explanation or apology for delay, or for sending faulty goods that didn't appear new. Not great. :worried: |
