Been trying to get an RMA for a motherboard and hard drive, they have been ignoring my emails for a week so I rang thier deicated support number 0871 222 8528, it picks up, welcomes you asks you if you have an order number. 1 = Yes 2 = No If you press 1 the computer then hangs up on you, if you press 2 you get an arsy message basically saying they won\'t help witout an order number, THEN it hangs up on you. |

Placed an order for lots of kit (mobo, DVD writer, DVD media, DVD cases etc) and paid for next day delivery. After 2 days of waiting & no parcel I called them up, apparently they wouldnt send the order because they were out of Black DVD cases. Bit strange as they didnt email / call me to let me know they were out of stock, even though their website said they were in stock. Ok fine I thought, and got them to replace the black cases with green ones. A further 2 days later and the kit still wasnt sent, called them up AGAIN, and this time they had actually run out of green cases, but funnily enough, the black ones were back in stock :( hmmm. At last managed to get all my kit, took bloomin ages, and so much for their expensive postage prices. |

Ordered a 120GB Seagate HDD at about 4PM one day, was at my door the next morning. Drive is excellent, no faults yet, service was great. No problems whatsoever. Have rated average for the fields i can't really check because they don't apply. |

Not impressed with this lot. Bought some RAM few weeks back, arrived late even though I paid for faster delivery, packaging was bloody terrible! Amazed it even worked in the end. But had problems getting it to run on my system at first, so called them for advice. No help at all, the guy on the phone sounded like he was about to end it all! :p Got it working in the end, but they were no use. And dont know why they are called Overclockers anymore cos they do bugger all OC gear these days! I wont be visiting them again anytime soon. |

Purchased pretty much an entire rig off them (amongst other smaller orders) my mobo died, I rang them up expained the simptoms to the tech he acgreed so I sent it off and the returned the same mobo saying it was working fine. Anyhow I sent it off again and they sorted it, EVENTUALLY. |

Ordered an 8500LE from them a while back, when it was down as "in stock" on the web site. Paid a fortune for next day delivery. Got an email the next day stating that the item was out of stock and that I would have to wait a few days for it to come back in stock. Asked for a refund on the "next day" delivery as it was not "next day" but they refused. Their forums are reminiscent of some sort of quasi-Orwellian police state which is actually quite amusing if you take it in the manner for which it was not intended. |

I\'ve placed five orders. Three have shown up with items missing and no sign of any acknowledgement of that fact on the delivery note. I\'ve had to contact the shop and chase the missing components. Once or twice I might accept, but not 3 out of 5. |

I have ordered many times from Overclockers and the service has been exemplary each time. When I have ordered gear it has always turned up next day before 12.00 without fail. The goods have turned up in excellent condition with no damage. The product range that Overclockers offer is vast and if I can't find it here then chances are it doesn't exist ;) The prices are very competitive and to top it all off they have excellent customer support. They have won me over and Iwill continue to buy my PC gear at OCuK :) |

Oh Where do i start! Used to Pick OCUK, as my main place to get my bits and bobs from! Gone thru about 3 rigs from there! My latest one i just decided just to get a Motherboard from there for a matter of urgency! Abit IC7 Received it fine, about 2 months later started acting up! IDE2 wouldnt work, if it did it would detect drives fine, but keep hanging. After about testing 8 or so Devices, i put it down to faulty IDE. Emailed Abit, asking for a replacement, they said only the place i purchased it from would replace it. They confirmed that i have i could have a faulty board, and if i am not happy with it i should get a replacement anyway. Sent it off.. week later had an email saying "item replaced" from OCUK I thought great, it is faulty!! they have replaced my item! Opened up the box that arrived the next day.. its my old box... Open it up.. peice of paper says "Desired Action: Replace" "Action Description: Returned" Test result: Both IDE tested, no fault found. Im not going to bother ringing them up explaining... And i shall not buy from OCUK again! Also had damaged items in the post from previous orders... Zalman Fan Bracket.. bent etc! Beware like the Plague!::/ |

Brought a load of stuff from ocuk for a media-tv type system, good, cheap, arrived next day - had a problem with the motherboard (an asus micro-atx jobby - dead as a dodo). Phoned 'em, they agreed it was dead - three days later I had a new board! Would definitley use again. |

One of my preffered retailers, normally fast and efficient service with competitive prices most of the time. I've lost track of the number of orders i've had with them, normally shipping is fast if the items are in stock (but a better stock indicator would be great) - although sometimes couriers do let them down. Staff tend to be polite and helpfull when called. My RMA experiences with them have always been good with fairly fast turnaround - although that can vary depending on how busy they are i guess. |

I purchased a CPU, HSF and motherboard from OcUK. The parts arrived the next day, but unfortunately the CPU was dead on arrival. I returned the CPU and it was exchanged and a new one sent out to me in well under a week, if memory serves me correctly I sent the faulty chip back on a Tuesday and got a new one on the Thursday. Top notch! |
