I am very dissapointed with Overclockers. I spentover £200 with them. When I had an issue with the product, they did not want to know! They were obstructive in giving me information or guidance. Most unfriendly and not at all helpful. I presume that they are just 'box shifters' not interested in the people who pay their wages! No way will I buy from them again. |

Overclock's prices aren't the best, but sometimes they have stuff in that other sellers don't. Their website is good - very clearly laid out. I've had returns numbers from them fairly rapidly, although their postage cost is a little steep. Recommended. |

bought a DFI ultra-d from them in december, in january it went faulty and i didnt have any internet access and i rang them and the woman told me that there was nothing they could do over the phone and that it wasnt her problem. when i spoke to DFI the same day, the bloke told me to return the board to where i bought it from, told him that they wouldnt help me and when i told him it was from overclock.co.uk he said "oh them guys again". dfi were great though. | |

I've ordered stuff from Overclock a number of times, including fans, a wireless mouse, a hard drive and posibly some stuff I've forgotten. I've never had any problems, everything's still working anyways. You'll probably find most things cheaper somewhere else, but overall they're pretty well priced, not overly expensive. Shipping can be expensive if you're using a courier but they have an option for Royal Mail postage which is much cheaper. But it'll be sent ASAP and usually get there next day, and blimey do they ever package their stuff :D I've never seen bubble wrap so big. Infact, it's not so much bubble wrap as huge mutant bags of inflated air. And that was only for a hard drive! I also got an OEM mouse once, which was unboxed but came well wrapped in plenty of bubble wrap too (regular sized, this time ;) ). The website's pretty good. Usual order status stuff, quick browsing, but I would prefer them to have an actual list of products instead of putting everything in big bordered sections and having some stuff bigger than other stuff... makes me think I'm missing something, and it's hard to get a grip on exactly what's there and what isn't. Either way, the range of stuff they have is pretty good, they've always been an option when I've been looking for something, I usually just shop elsewhere due to price. Can't comment on RMA/customer service stuff as I've never used it, so I've just rated it good (which it most likely is). Overall, they're actually my favourite and most reguarly used PC retailer online. |

Bought a Zalman GPU cooler off Overclock, and am very impressed! Even at Christmas time, delivery was two days with the cheapest option! Product was as advertised, and they told me just where it was by e-mail! Will buy again! |

Great shop which is close to where I live so I can pick up in person. They were the only company who could get me a black coolermaster stacker so I\'m very happy with their service. They also have a phone number that you can call which is quickly becoming a rarity these days, they don\'t always answer it but if you keep trying you\'ll usually get through within a couple of calls. Prices can be a bit high but not extortionate, I\'m usually happy to pay 10% more to pick up my order in person anyway so I don\'t mind. I\'d recommend this shop at this point in time. I\'ve not had to return anything to them but they seem like they\'re a decent shop with staff who know what they\'re talking about. |

Prices aren\'t the best but the service is top notch. One time they sent me the wrong PSU, I phoned that day got an RMA number over the phone & the swapped it out on my doorstep the very next day via a courrier. Hows that for service :) |

Bought a CPU and other items from Overclock. The items were ordered at about 15:30, and were at my house the next day. :o (I live in the highlands) Returned the CPU as I ordered the wrong one, after calling about the RMA the replacement CPU was at my house the day after again. :) Returns policy is excellent, delivery spot on - Definately worth using Overclock. |

I\'ve bought many components of these guys. Been top quality all the time. Usually good prices, tech and sales staff are very helpful. Website is easy to use and you can place your order within minutes. Shipping can be a bit on the high side sometimes for small items bu on the whole very good. |

Ok, they have a nice site, ordering is painless, delivery is late, they blame thier systems when they openly advertise a delivery cut off time then when I asked for some recompense for the additional cost I paid for next day the answer I got was \'Its next day delivery from when we ship your order. It will be with you tomorrow.\' They had stock, they did not apologise, would not recommend at ALL. :mad: |

I bought a Vantec Spectrum Fan Card, very nice product, very pleased with the delivery. However, the delivery charge can be a bit pricy if you order one cheap item, but if you order several items which add up to about £80 its free standard delivery. |
