Orded 2*256mb sticks of Corsair Value ram, part from the little scare at the checkout where when varifing the payment it showed more then the other payment screen showed a otherwise smooth transaction. Turned up a lot sooner then i thought it would, tops marks all round. |

Had problems with a samsun hdd and msi motherboard, dropped a mail to per, reply within 15minutes, sent a mail to returns and had the rma\'s within 30minutes. Excellent service. |

have to say not bad. bad -order system is buggy. ended up having 4 seperatye order for same thing and unable to cancel. - RMA is really bad. if the prices drop of the items you order (the always do) then thats all you can return them for. even if it was their error. - customer support and next day delivery closes at either 12:00 or 14:00 (can\'t remember) but neither good. GOOD - like the layout (use it to find the items i am looking for then search for better price) - decent prices and selection. - REAL customer support people! WOW! you can actually call them. - suspicious one of the guys on the phone said lines wernt secure to give my credit card details out over, what sort of people do they employ? |

Outstanding, brought a samsung hdd, the best price was komplett, unfourunatley it failed, but kompletts rma process outstanding, delvired drive back to them with in a week new hdd recieved and they even credited the postage back on to my credit card with out me even having to ask. Fantastic:) |

Bought at least 3g of Twinmoss DDR (hasn't everyone at some point) from Komplettt over the last year plus a a couple of Maxtor drives and a couple of H/sinks. Never any problems with delivery, comms or packaging. Not the very best retailer I've ever dealt with but certainly pushing for a Champions League spot. Recommended :) | |

I buy regualr from komplett as they are usually a bit cheaper than elsewhere in the UK, they also tend to do a few enthusiast parts too - which enables us little people to get better prices and service than say overclockers ;) |
