Problems, problems, problems! As im typing this i have yet another issue with them. Ordered a load of bits and they arrived this morning. Case was dented to the top, there was no window even though it was described to have one. There were also 27 wires for 2 cathodes? Confusing isnt it... After 3 stints of 30 mins on the phone from 9am opening time i got through. The lady confirmed i should rma it, so i have and she said they would collect even though there terms state the buyer has to post the item. Ill give them 3 days otherwise ill miss out on the cool off period and be stuck with the blasted thing. If you new to the scene there products look very good pricewise but they have shoddy customer service, its hard to get through, they dont reply to there enote system for 2-3 days etc etc. Dont buy from them! |

As well as a motherboard i brought a hard drive, and processer. I find Ebuyer to be easily the worse company i have dealt with. Particularly now they have changed their postage prices. The motherboard i ordered from them (ABIT KX7-333R) turned out to be faulty, so i RMA'd it. After 6 weeks or so i recieved a KX7-333. The manual looked to be scribbled in by a 3year child. I wasnt impressed. Their Enote service is dire, i had an enote on from last year and it has still not been looked at! terrible. Their website is not very good either, there are not really an specfications of the products that you are going to order. Neither do they say if products are OEM or RETAIL. I was very disappointed with Ebuyers service. |

Ordered loads from eBuyer recently. Usually very good prices (and a lot of times the best). Everything's been delivered well packed and within expected timescales (I ususally want something that's out of stock so I use super saver delivery and set my expectations accordingly!). Haven't had to return anything as yet. Agree that the website can be frustrating to use - things in the wrong category, etc. I often end up browsing by category and manufacturer as well as searching even if I know exactly what I want. |

if i'm looking for non-brand specific hardware, like mice, keyboards, cases etc, i'd go to ebuyer first. they sell mice and keyboards for under £1.50 each!, and they are far better quality than i'd expect to get for those prices, however, i did once recieve a keyboard with 2x 'U' keys, instaed of a Y and U :P have heard reports that their returns can be poor, however i ordered some ram for my friends laptop before, and for some reason it didn't work, and with little bother, i emailed them to receive a full refund for the ram :) shipping has gone downhill a tad recently, takes 5 days now! (says so oin their site tho.) |

Brought a lot of stuff, not always best prices. Fast delivery usually, not as good as others though. Website can be frustrating trying to decide what sub heading some things are listed under. Overall good, but not great |
