Bought 2 JNC cases at a great price for friends. They arrived in pieces ... not surprisingly with only a thin piece of polystyrene packaging on the front and back panel.Phoned their customer service department, kept on hold for 20 mins and eventually got through to a helpful lady. She arranged to have them picked up.Because I was in a hurry to get the cases I ordered another 2 .. this time using priority postage(next day).Three days later I\'m still waiting so once again onto the phone (on hold for 23 mins this time).I managed in the end to get my priority postage refunded. So I still have to take delivery of the cases yet ... I wonder if they will arrive in one piece? So I guess overall .. great prices and items but let down by a slow customer service and the couriers they use.:worried: |

Never had any major problems with ebuyer, once they sent out the wrong item but that was quickly rectified the next day and the let me keep the the wrong item since it was their mistake. A lot of people complain about their RMS system, but I RMA'd something the other week, and from making the RMA request to the money being refunded to my creditcard took less than 24 hours! |

I think the best way to sum ebuyer is by looking at their postage system. Standard delivery is about a week, and its cheap. Ebuyer is for if you want something, you want it cheap, and when it gets to you doesn't matter. There things are usually reasonably well packaged, and when the driver isn't a real ******* (out of ebuyer's control ;) ) there delivery is not bad. If you want something simple and cheap use buyer ! :) |

I ordered a monitor from them and took a day off work to take delivery. The monitor never turned up, so I called them, only to be told they hadn't processed my order as there was a problem with my address, they didn't bother to call me. I sorted that out over the phone, took the next day off, still no joy, so I called them again. This was still not sorted out, but I was assured this would be delivered the next day. I took yet another day off and it still didn't turn up. I called them and they basically didn't give a damn, so I cancelled the order. One of the most feeble retailers I've ever encountered. |

Never been a fan of Ebuyer, but lately i've started seeing some real bargains on the site. I ordered some cathodes, LED fan's from Ebuyer just a few days ago, and they arrived 2 days later. Not bad, but I also ordered from Microdirect at the same time and the hardware i ordered from MD, came the day before. They beat ebuyer :) :clock: |

I've bought a few cheapo bits from eBuyer (modems, floppies, keyboards) as they were the cheapest i could find. Good quality stuff (considering the price) and well packaged. Would definately buy from them again - although they're site is a pain to get around, remember your product reference numbers! :P |

The prices seem great until you include the shipping cost (to Northern Ireland) You really don't want to have to RMA stuff unless you have the patience of a saint - 4 weeks was my record. Enotes seemed a novel idea when it worked, but you have to remember there's a human at the other end - one whiff of sarcasm or finger-pointing and you can forget about a response. The range at Ebuyer is huge - but unless you're happy paying £20+ for delivery of a stick of DDR to NI - forget about it. |

Have bought many times from ebuyer & despite other peoples tales of woe I have never had a problem. Prices are usually amongst the best but not always. Delivery has always been by due date. Only had to use enote once & it took about a week to get an answer. |

Made quite a few orders from Ebuyer, had problems on two occasions. Twice I was told i\'d be given a refund on delivery and wasn\'t! Wasn\'t enough to make it worth messing about with though. Got sent the wrong kit one day, but they sent out the item I was supposed to get the next day, and I got to keep the kit sent in error! Though, it was only a cheap naf keyboard I got in error :p. Can\'t compete with their product range though! |

Have bought most items from this supplier and am generally happy with the service. Delivery times seemed to have dropped off in recent times but goods are always delivered by the estimated delivery date. Prices are very hard to beat. Only downside has been my 1 experience with their aftersales care - which is sadly lacking. The eNote system is woeful - which isn't helped by their staff's policy of closing eNotes on every reply - usually when the matter hasn't been resolved. Time taken to reply is also unacceptable at around 2-3 days. Took 5 weeks to get a refund on a DoA case - but in fairness this is the only D0A piece of kit I've received in around 10 systesm worth of kit. |

Very good value on Flatscreens and AGP cards. If it goes wrong and you choose the right product back up support is good. | |

I have bought a number of things from Ebuyer over the last year and never had any problems with any of the purchases. Recently though, I bought a PC Chips / Syntax motherboard which had MANY good reviews, and it was cheap (£23 inc vat) so I could upgrade a friends computer cheaply. Well, the first board was faulty, the second board they sent out (RMA went ok) was also faulty. So now I'm going to be ordering a different motherboard. But apart from this issue, there prices are brilliant, postage is really good. Despite what other people have experienced my RMA seemed to go okay. |

Bought several products from eBuyer and haven't had any problems that haven't been fixed. Would recommend replacing the ticket system with standard e-mail or just replying faster. |
