I\'ve used ebuyer regularly for a few years now, and their service has always been excellent. I have had to RMA a few items and its always been quick and troublefree (they re-imburse postage as well if you ask them) so can\'t complain.

:mad: It just one disaster after another When you could call there help line it took an eternity to get through. Now! you can\'t even do that! They stopped the help line(helpfull) Now you have to rely on there enote system wich would be nice if they ever get round to answering the enotes that people have left :clock: They will take your money send you a receipt and give you a delivery date. Hell they will even give you a tracking number:wow: For a product they don\'t have in stock:confused: Or they may just cancel your order after you have been waiting for over a month and inform you of the said cancelation via automated email without a clear reason why:mad:

Needed further info on a certain item i wanted to buy. The ag neovo f-419. Theres 2 models of this the F-419 with dvi and the f-419std that has anolog only. They state the f-419 has product code so you would expect it to be the dvi version. I left a enote note asking if they could confirm the model they have. I also sated that if it\'s the anolog only one then they are miss selling the item, it should say it\'s the F-419std. all in all am not happy with them and i won\'t be getting any products from them if they can not be bothed to keep there stock upto date. Good points -1. low prices Bad points -1. there own brand products dont work 2. they send the wrong parts 3. if you send a return back to them they accuse you of not packing the part properly and rejecting it, or they say the part tested ok when you know its faulty. i have 2 parts from ebuyer which i know are faulty but they sent them back to me, insteading of giving me a refund i will not use ebuyer again, i now use scan.co.uk, a much better service with the same low prices

I\'ve been using ebuyer more of late due to their exceptional prices on some items. I have to say its been great. Items have arrived when they stated they would , which is sometimes a bit longer than I want to wait but seeing as there is an option for quicker delivery I can\'t argue. I\'ve always been a bit sceptical about their aftersales support but I have contact them via \"enotes\" and have always got a reply (I wish they answered them quicker though) . I have had a problem with unsubscribing from one of their mailing lists but they sorted it out after a enote was sent. My latest order wasn\'t as good as the previous ones , as I needed the items quickly I paid the extra £2.50 for the quicker delivery. My parcel arrived via city link on the correct day , but when I opened the box one item was missing. I sent a quick enote to trace the item. To ebuyers credit they replied today and have deducted the cost of the delivery which was most expectional. I was very pleasantly surprised by this so hats off to ebuyer :)

They gave me a free delivery and a refund of my premium delivery surcharge, and my other orders have been fine before this one, which is why they get 3/5, not 1. Ordered a load of components for 2 new build PC\'s including 2 Chieftec BG cases, received 2 BX cases instead (worth £20 more each). Unfortunately neither of my customers wanted these fantastic cases for their system. Had to order another 2 BG cases to meet customers requirements. In any case Im happy, got 2 excellent cases at a bargain price.

i have no quibble with their pricing or indeed their stock, but shipping costs! How 4 PCI wireless cards cost £15 to ship to Northern Ireland is beyond me. Its not even next day - 4 day delivery! I once sent a 17\" Iiyama monitor to england for £18 for a similar service .... go figure!

Ebuyer, i have on numerous occasions purchased from because of the great prices. However, i will not purchase again from ebuyer because my last order contained wrong parts, and some parts have been damaged before. Ebuyer spend the minimum on packagaing, its dreadful! i got cold cathodes in a jiffy bag, disgraceful, no box or anything, they were smashed and replaced, put my project 2 days back though. Bought a wd hd and an excelstor cheapo one came, they didnt refund the difference and insisted on an RMA process which would take up to 10 days, they dont understand i needed to build the system not wait 10 days, crap service ebuyer!:oops:

eBuyer have absolutely excellent prices and a massive range of stock. That\'s about where it ends. Hold times on their 0870 customer services number have exceeded 20 minutes whenever I\'ve tried to phone them. They can take ages to respond to e-notes and have no e-mail contact support at all. Their RMA service is dreadful. Note to those using their RMA service: make sure you get them to refund the postage costs as it is your legal right!

bought various bits from them motherboard harddrive ,case etc packaging was ok but could have been a bit better tho, goods arrived on time and all worked (thankfully :P ) although the case\'s box had taken a beating the case survived untouched but was probably just luck.

I have bought a number of bits of hardware from ebuyer. Most work. RMA/Enote system is the pits. Took months to get stuff RMA\'d or an answer from them. The phone is chargeable and takes AGES for them to answer. If you want cheap and about a weeks delivery its fine. If its bad and you have to send it back... expect hell. Do NOT expect any joy if its just out of warrenty either. Buyer beware. Bargin basement goodness but support/aftersales hell.

They are almost impossible to talk to! I\'ve never been able to get anything other than an engaged tone when \'phoning them. They do not use e-mail and bounce mail addressed to them. They will only communicate by their web based e-note system. My first query took 3 days to be replied to and then asked a question but I couldn\'t answer the question since e-buyer closed the e-note 5 mins after asking the question!!! A new e-note then needs to be opened and so the circle starts again. Their prices are the best, their service is the worst. Make up your own mind, I have and prefer to pay just a few pennies more from Scan for 100% service.
