Bought 2 sets of DDR2 dual channel memory from them at a great price in 2008. Unfortunately I have had to use their RMA service 4 times for these items over the past 3 years. RMA service is excellent with 2-3 day turn around time, pitty that I have had to use it as often as I have. Free next day delivery in the UK is also superb, I will check their stock and prices next time I need some RAM but will only buy if the deal is a lot better than I can get elsewhere. |

A well laid out website, and great staff that I've spoken to: I was on a job with a Toshiba laptop - the client wanted to upgrade the RAM but the model listed (Satellite L20), wasn't on Crucial's website. The staff member I spoke to just happened to have one of these "Satellite L20" laptops and confirmed for me that it was in fact a Equium L20. Fast posting as well, haven't had to send anything back but based on the experiences above and in the past, I have a good feeling it'll be painless! So far every stick of RAM I've had from Crucial, works fine. I do wonder if their cardboard packaging is sturdy enough though. |

I have bought memory modules and graphics cards from this company. I can say this is the only company that has good after sales service in my recent experience. I had a faulty graphics card from them which they refunded with no problems. All companies should be like this.:) The memory modules have all worked fine.:) |

Fabulous, fabulous, fabulous customer service. I bought some ued DDR RAM (2 DIMMs) from a seller on the forums (not direct from Crucial). I couldn't get them to work in dual channel mode and after a couple of days of pulling my hair out, I eventually narrowed it down to one of the DIMMS being faulty. I phoned up Crucial, explained the situation with the DIMM being faulty (and MemTest86 errors), and they said send it back both modules as they wanted to ensure the best match possible if I was planning to run it in dual channel mode. The customer services assistants were extremely pleasant and helpful when I spoke to them. On the day they received it, the replaced both modules and sent out the replacement the very next day. Absolutely superb service. |

Bought my 1GB dual kit from Crucial about a year ago. Arrived quickly and well-packaged. About a month ago one of the sticks died so I applied for RMA. Crucial replied to all my emails within a few hours and wrote me decent replies rather than the normal standardised response. Sent the memory off on Wednesday and had the replacement stick in my PC by Saturday - was very impressed. Recommended. |

Basically I have bought over a dozen different types of system memory from Crucial over a period of nearly 3 years. The online ordering system is foolproof and delivery has always been within 48 hours. I have had not a single RMA with anything ordered or supplied. You can speak to them on the phone, pre-sales advice is excellent and friendly. One day, all companies will operate this way. Sometimes a few pennies more than the competition, but worth it because you can fit it and forget it. Can't comment on RMA for the above reasons! |

I\'ve had one problem with a Crucial product and one only - I bought a second stick of 512mb PC3200 a few months after the first so I could run dual channel on my AMD64/939 system - and the second stick was singile sided while the first was double sided. But I cant really blame them for me not checking the specs hard enough! Their products are rock solid reliable and not that much more than the cheapo brands from other retailers. Ordering is fast and easy and delivery times are exceptionally fast. Unless I need super overclockable memory, I use crucial exclusively. |
